By using the services of AirPro Marbella through our website https://airpromarbella.com, you agree to the following terms and conditions of service. We recommend you read them carefully.
1. Service Provider
AirPro Marbella is an HVAC service company operating as an area-service business in Marbella and the Costa del Sol, province of Málaga, Spain. You can contact us at +34 872 29 07 22 or by WhatsApp at the same number.
2. Services Provided
We offer installation, maintenance, repair, duct cleaning and commercial HVAC for homes, villas, apartments, holiday rentals, commercial premises and vessels. The availability of each service may vary depending on the area.
3. Visit Fees
Assessment visits for new installations or replacements are free and without obligation. Scheduled diagnostic, repair or maintenance visits cost €59 + VAT Monday to Friday. Immediate or emergency call-outs, as well as weekend visits, cost €118 + VAT. Repair work and parts are quoted after diagnosis.
4. Quotes
After diagnosis or assessment, we will provide you with a fixed, transparent quote. The quote will be valid for 30 days from issue. Acceptance of the quote must be made in writing or by express confirmation.
5. Warranty
We offer a standard 2-year warranty on installation workmanship, in addition to the manufacturer's warranty on equipment (generally 3 to 5 years depending on the brand). The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, lack of maintenance or external causes.
6. Payment Methods
We accept major payment methods, including credit/debit cards and bank transfers. We do not accept cash. Payments must be made according to the terms agreed in the accepted quote.
7. Visit Cancellation
If you need to cancel or reschedule a visit, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations without prior notice may result in the corresponding visit fee being charged.
8. Liability
AirPro Marbella is not liable for damage arising from installations or repairs carried out by third parties, or for breakdowns caused by inadequate maintenance by the customer. Our liability is limited to the amount of the service provided.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, images, logos and design, is the property of AirPro Marbella or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property law. Reproduction without authorisation is prohibited.
10. Changes
We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will take effect from their publication on this website. We recommend you review them periodically.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by Spanish law. For any dispute, the parties submit to the courts of the province of Málaga, except as provided by applicable consumer regulations.
